Hi, I’m Jenny. I work with adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just the feeling that life feels heavier than it should. Whether you’re struggling to make sense of your emotions, overwhelmed by day-to-day demands, or ready to figure out what comes next, I’m here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to go through this alone — support is available, and healing is possible.
My approach is warm, genuine, and grounded in collaboration. Clients describe me as supportive, calm, and easy to talk to — someone who listens without judgment and helps them feel truly understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s been challenging for you, notice your strengths, and build practical tools that help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and get clearer about your goals. I believe that growth happens when you feel accepted, heard, and empowered to make choices that honor your values and your life.
In our first session, we’ll focus on what brought you in and what you’re hoping to feel or accomplish in therapy. You’ll have space to share your story at your own pace, and I’ll be there to listen, understand, and work with you to identify meaningful goals. You can expect to leave with a sense of clarity, direction, and reassurance that you don’t have to figure everything out at once. Over time, many people find they feel more balanced, more confident handling life’s challenges, and more connected to who they want to be.
